We clean inside, outside, screens, tracks, and sliding glass doors. We are experienced in everything from single story houses to complex multi-story houses. Father & Sons Window Cleaning is committed to getting the job done right. We do not use scrappers (blades) on our post construction cleans. This may make our rates higher, but we are committed to keeping your brand new windows scratch and damage free.

FAQ
Do you beat or match written prices from other companies?
No. We do not.
Generally, most companies are within a similar price range. We try our best to be competitive, but please understand, we take pride in our employees and the years of experience they have in this field (over 75 years combined) and provide wages that reflect that experience.
There are many reasons why some companies may charge lower prices, but a lot of times we provide a "different" service.
Many window cleaning companies skip on General Liability Insurance. We fully insure all our vehicles and your property when we are on site.
What does Window Cleaning include?
Our standard services include windows inside and out, tracks, and screens. We also do outsides only or insides only upon request.
Do you do Add-On Services? What are they?
Not included in a standard cleaning service, you can request technicians to replace smoke alarm batteries, high light bulbs, or other minor tasks that require a ladder. You can also request for mirrors or shower doors to be cleaned. Please be aware that these services are an additional charge.
Why do you charge more for debris removal?
We are able to safely remove most debris off of your windows--sap, paint, sealer, silicon, hard water spots, other mineral spots, etc.--however, it is an additional, longer process to remove it without damaging the glass. While other companies may remove debris for a smaller charge, if they don't follow proper procedure you risk replacing the debris with scratches on your windows.
Do you clean gutters?
No, sorry. We are too busy cleaning your windows!
What do I need to do to be ready for my window cleaning?
Not much. We do all the work. It is a great help, however, if you can remove any knickknacks, plants, vases, pictures, etc. from your window sills before hand. We are able to work around most furniture, but if a window is blocked, it is best if you clear the space before our arrival.

Sometimes we are all in the field but we are a homebased business so Skye is not always at the phone. We do strive to return all calls the same day.
Do you do estimates over the phone or based on descriptions?
No, we do not. In order to give you an accurate price, we do need to see your windows and screens. But, we do come out and do free estimates.
Do I need to be home for an estimate?
No, in most cases you do not need to be home in order for us to do an estimate. So long as we can see all of the windows you would like cleaned from the outside, we can do an estimate. If you have pets or locked gates, that may not be the case.
More About Us
Father & Sons Window Cleaning is a family owned and operated business that has been dedicated to serving Rim Country for the last 24 years.
Bernard and Theresa Lammers first opened Father and Sons Window Cleaning in Payson, Arizona in 1999, naming the business after the family window cleaning business in Colorado. Together, Bernie and Theresa raised four children, all of whom have worked for the business at one time or another.
Father & Sons has recently entered a new chapter as the next generation of Lammers--Bernie and Theresa's son, Chad Lammers, and his wife, Skye Lammers--take over operations. Of course, you will still see Bernie out there cleaning windows!
